Training in the schoolsIn accordance with paragraph 2 of the minutes of the meeting of the National Commission for the transition of the alphabet of the Kazakh language into Latin script dated September 27, 2018, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan planned to clarify the "the project draft Basic provisions of the spelling of the Kazakh language".
In this regard, 30 October the Training-methodical center «Тілтану» of the Department for culture and development of languages of Zhezkazgan city for teachers of secondary school №14 the Talap village and the secondary school №2 of the village Kengir was organized and conducted training of «Латын қарпінде жазып дағдыланайық» in order to explain the rules of spelling of Kazakh alphabet based on the Latin script. The training was attended by 52 teachers.

Journalists of Saran to study Latin scriptOn October 4 this year, specialists of Saran language development center held a meeting in the editorial office of «Саран газеті». During the meeting, the Director of the Center Gulnara Shakenova explained to journalists the importance of transition of Kazakh alphabet to Latin script, and the Methodist of the Center Bereke Zharylgapova provided information about the phases of this transition, and showed a table of phased transition to a new alphabet at all levels of education.

The Day of Languages in Temirtay6 September this year in honour of the Day of languages of People of Kazakhstan Center of development of languages of Temirtau in conjunction with the Department of internal Affairs of Temirtau held a festive event on the theme «Тұғырлы елдің тұғырлы тілі». The forum was attended by Directors, methodologists of language training centers, specialists of the regional Department of languages, heads of city institutions, representatives of education, public organizations, and members of ethno-cultural associations, students and pupils of schools.
